9:30am Toast
Lunch 12pm
Sandwich of cheese, ham, chicken
Pancakes, waffles, pork pies and sausages
Salad to be offered consisting of tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and lettuce.
Pizza or quiche
Yogurt, buns or a cake
Snack 3:30pm
Fruit , cream crackers and cheese, crisps or chocolate depends on parents wishes.
Tea time
Most meals are homemade and served about 5:30pm
Homemade lasagna with plenty of hidden vegetables
Cottage pie with vegetables inside
Beef or chicken stew with dumplings
Chicken curry and rice
Toad in the hole served with vegetables and mash potato
Pasta with tomato herb sauce or cheese sauce
Sweets
Once I know the child has eaten a full meal I will allow such privilege but not too many. Puddings will be given to a reasonably clean plate.
* If your child won't eat the food I cook I am quite happy to compromise and you can provide your own meals.I do cook some convienience foods but encourage fruit and vegetables.
